FAQ
- Rate / Billing – Consultation, Design, and Engineering with Adaptive Information Network is $100 per hour during regular operating hours. Rate is $200/hr outside normal business hours, $300/hr during weekends, and $400/hr during US holidays. For Omada Managed Services, refer to IT Services for rate.
- Hours of Operation – Normal Work Hours is Monday thru Friday 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM EST
- Conference Meeting – Google will be used for all conference calls
- Warranty – Hourly services are not covered under a warranty due to the nature of the work performed. All time spent performing services is billable, regardless of the result
- Pre-work / Documentations – Any information or documentation related to work will not be reviewed prior to the actual meeting to avoid any misunderstanding.
